StockGen - StockCode Generator

Stockgen is a powerful and flexible stock code generator plug-in for Sage Line 100 Accounting system. Allowing the user to quickly and efficiently select stock items based on a maximum of 7 predefined user categories.

These categories are created using the Stockgen Setup module and thereafter the user will only be allowed to select items from the predefined list. As the user makes a selection, Stockgen will formulate the stock code, which can then be selected, created and updated in Sage Line 100 accordingly.

Stockgen consists of the following two modules:

 

Stockgen – Item Selector

This module can be linked to any stock item field within Sage Line 100 and offers the following functions:

a) Select stock items based on predefined categories
b) Part or Full search on Stock Code
c) Part or full search on Stock Description 1 and 2
d) Create Stock Items in Sage Line 100 from scratch
e) Create Bill of Material Items
f) Copy existing stock items
g) Create Next Stock item in Sequence
h) Store up to 5 Lines of stock description
i) Store item Size (Length x Width = Area)

StockGen – Setup

This module which is linked to stock control product group screen, will provide the user with the ability to setup a maximum of 7 product categories per product group.

For Example:

Product Group: - Cushion
Product Categories: - Style, Size, Material, Colour, Origin, Filling etc.

Each category will have either a user defined or system generated associated code, which will be used to make up the stock code.

The ability to link categories are also available, so for example, based on the type of material selected only certain colours will be available

Both modules are fully integrated into Sage line 100 and will provide a user-friendly interface when selecting stock items

Installation is Charged at £550 + VAT per day + Expenses

Annual Cover Single User £225 + VAT and then £35.00 Per User
